Reviews and Ratings
I recently stayed at Dhensa Resort, and it was a mixed bag. The location was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, and I enjoyed my spacious room. However, the service left much to be desired, especially during breakfast where I experienced several issues with the food quality and staff attitude. Overall, the stunning views and serene environment are great, but the hotel needs to improve on customer service and food hygiene to justify the price.
My stay at Dhensa Hotel was simply magical. Nestled in a serene spot, the views are breathtaking, and the ambiance is tranquil. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and immaculate, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Although the breakfast buffet could use some improvement, the restaurant's dinner options were diverse and delicious. Overall, the hotel provides excellent value for money with a touch of luxury and authentic Bhutanese experience.
I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but overall, my experience was disappointing. The location offers stunning views, which I appreciated, but the dining and service left much to be desired. While the facilities were decent, the issues with our meals and lack of communication soured the stay a bit for me.
I had an incredible stay at the Dhensa Resort, which is truly a hidden gem perched on a hillside with stunning views of the Punakha Valley. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, offering a great ambiance for a relaxing getaway. While the service was generally accommodating, I did encounter some issues with food labeling for vegetarians, which impacted my dining experience. Overall, it’s a perfect retreat for couples, though families with children might find the lack of activities a little challenging.
My week-long stay at the Dhensa Boutique Hotel in Punakha was absolutely unforgettable, set amidst stunning nature and lush forests. The accessibility of the location, combined with the spacious rooms and delightful dining experiences, made for a memorable visit. However, the shower setup in the room could use a bit of improvement as it was slippery and required some waiting for hot water. Overall, this boutique spot offered great value for money and an immersive cultural experience.
